The best way to describe them is to emphasise the word trust.

When you’re older and don’t know much about cars, that, in my opinion, is really important. I felt this the first time I went and never changed. I’ve been with them for years and have enjoyed my association with them. They are an honest, kind, hard working group that deserve all the awards you will see on the walls in the office. Highly recommend!

The belt was shredded on my car and the battery was dying, I barely made it to the garage; they had a new belt put on and had me out the door within the hour. Great service and reasonable prices, 10/10.

Rob and Chris are fantastic to deal with.

They have helped us on numerous occasions. They know what they are doing, are unfailingly honest and do a great job, which the warrant. Chris went above and beyond recently to help us with an issue we had with our trailer lights. We were enroute to our camping destination when we realised the lights were not working. It was after hours but Chris helped us get them fixed and saved our trip!

Wonderful group, very helpful!

My experience with Master Mechanic has been great. They are helpful and understanding when it comes to larger expenses leaving me less stressed financially. They are always willing to explain what they are doing to my car in ways that I can understand. They have provided me with rides to work when my car has had to go in for the day and they pick me up after. I would recommend these guys. They are wonderful.

Never had a complaint in 3 years

I have been taking my car to Master Mechanic in Milton for the past 3 years. In that time I have never had a problem with the people, service or prices quoted/charged. The one and only time there was a problem Rob picked up the car and returned it with the situation corrected. Due to the great service I have received my kids take their cars to Master Mechanic as well. I have no concerns or reservations about recommending Master Mechanic in Milton for car repairs
