I took my car to get a few things done: vehicle inspection, tire rotation, alignment, and replacement of control arm. It was my first time taking my car into the Master Mechanic Erin Mills location, and I was very happy with the service and work done. The guy working at the front desk was able to get me in for an appointment immediately, and he when I showed up he was knowledgeable in answering my questions. The car was ready well before I expected, and the price was less than I was expecting. I will not take my car to the dealer again! A+ work!

I am writing to inform you of the exceptional customer service and professionalism I have come to experience from your Erin Mills site since moving to the area. Bjorn and his staff keep in constant communication and take the time to show me what needs to be repaired and explain it in a way that’s easy to understand.
