Very impressed with my recent service.

They could have very easily soaked me with a huge bill but didn’t. I went in thinking my brakes needed done, but they diagnosed another problem and fixed it, with a lesser cost. Will definitely keep bringing my vehicle to Master Mechanic! I’m very impressed with their honesty!

What a wonderful experience.

My check engine light came on and the gentlemen at Master Mechanic had my car diagnosed within 15 minutes. They were polite and honest and explained to me that my issue should be covered under a previous issue’s warranty. They did not try to charge me for work that should have been done and they had me walking away a very happy customer. The next time I need my car serviced, I will be sure to choose this location.

I’m from out of town and something broke on my car that I needed fixed urgently so I could get home. The service here was excellent- friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and kept me informed. Outstanding Service

I would just like to take this time to recognize the outstanding service I received at Master Mechanic Concord. I stopped at this location in a sort of ’emergency situation’ on my way to the cottage; flashing lights and noises that caused me to be hesitant to continue my drive. Upon arriving at the shop, Joe’s professionalism and kindness were instantly evident. He assured me that he would take a look at my vehicle, and in no time he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Joe was also able to explain everything to me in a clear and understandable manner, and kept me calm and relaxed during the entirety of my time in the waiting area. The waiting area was clean and welcoming, and my time at this location was enjoyable, which is not what I usually associate with a mechanic!! Not only was my service at this location prompt, high-quality and professional, but Joe was outstanding; a very kind and personable man. Thank you, Joe, for your service. I was able to get to the cottage with no problems, and no worries, and would be honoured to use your services again in the future. Have a wonderful day.

Highly Recommend

I recently had a grinding noise coming from the front of my vehicle. As I was planning on a long drive the next day, I needed this fixed. I took my truck to Master Mechanic in Collingwood, Rob was very pleasant to deal with. He explained the problem in a way that very easy to understand. Rob and his team were able to repair my truck that afternoon. They did a very professional job and the price was fair. I would highly recommend Rob and his team.
